Pat Crosby is the founder of Crosby CRE, LLC. Pat is involved in all areas of real estate development, construction, finance, and management.
In 1997, Pat Crosby began his career for Kilpatrick Stockton as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney. With Kilpatrick Stockton, Pat developed contracts and leases and performed closings for lenders, developers, and corporate clients.
In 2005, Pat Crosby began his real estate career as a developer and partner with The Crown Companies, LLC. Pat left The Crown Companies in 2020 to start Crosby CRE, LLC.
Pat Crosby is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of Wake Forest University holding a Juris Doctorate degree.
